PRUF Nation Return & Refund Policy

At PRUF Nation, every item is made to order — crafted individually for each customer after purchase. This allows us to maintain the highest quality standards while minimizing waste and overproduction. Because of that, we operate under the following policy:
All Sales Are Final
Since each item is custom made, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as size, fit, or change of mind.
Please review your order carefully before checkout to ensure accuracy in size, color, and quantity.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective product, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us at support@prufnation.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

A short description of the issue
Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a store credit if a replacement isn’t available.
Incorrect Orders
If we sent the wrong item, color, or size due to our error, we’ll correct it immediately.
Email support@prufnation.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll send a prepaid return label or replacement depending on the situation.
Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we cannot cancel or modify orders once production has started.
If you realize you made a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll try to catch it before processing begins.
Lost or Stolen Packages
PRUF Nation is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
We recommend contacting your local post office or shipping provider first. If you need help filing a claim, our support team can assist.
Refund Eligibility (if applicable)
Refunds are only issued if:

A replacement cannot be provided for a damaged or defective item

The product is out of stock

The claim is approved by our customer service team
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
