Order Processing
Every PRUF Nation piece is made to order — custom crafted after you purchase.
This ensures the highest quality and helps us avoid waste, staying true to our brand values of authenticity and purpose.
Please allow 5–10 business days for production and processing before shipment.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is received, and another when it ships.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected speed.
Estimated Delivery Times (after production):

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Total Turnaround (Production + Delivery): 8–14 business days on average
During high-volume drops or restocks, production times may extend slightly.
Made-to-Order Production
Because every item is made specifically for you, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production begins.
If you notice an error in your order details, contact us immediately at support@prufnation.com — we’ll do our best to correct it before production starts.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update after shipment.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
PRUF Nation is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an item has left our facility.
If your order arrives damaged, please email support@prufnation.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
If your package is marked as Delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office or carrier first — we’ll help you file a claim if needed.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Double-check your address before completing checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered, contact us immediately — we’ll try to update it before fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in production or shipped.
International Shipping
Currently, PRUF Nation ships only within the United States.
We’re working on expanding international shipping soon — join our email list to stay updated.
Returns and Exchanges
Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives defective or incorrect.
